The hotel is in a perfect location, close to different freeway exits, UNCC, a Cook Out restaurant, and downtown. The staff were friendly and cooperative.

The location of the hotel is great and perfect, right next to Charlotte and Allen Hills Park. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including towels, a sofa chair, and a shower.

Everything was very good at this low cost hotel. There were central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in my a double room, loved it. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Some of the staff were very rude.

A peaceful spot just 2 miles from Allen Hills Park 🌳. The rooms here are spacious and modern, equipped with showers, comfy beds, and fresh towels.

The location was close to the 85 highway and to shops/restaurants. The staff were friendly although not very effective with their duties. The self-serve breakfast was filling.

The phone didn't work in the room, even after pointing out this problem to Front-desk staff 3 times. The room still needed to have repairs completed. The faucet at sink in the bathroom actually moved every time I turned it on, the shower plumbing moved back and forth when I adjusted the shower head and the water backed up a bit in the tub because the stopper was not properly installed or because there was hair in the drain.

The front office staff was awesome, with very friendly people. The room was nice and the king size bed was comfortable.

The description of the location was misleading, not as close as expected. There were too many video cameras everywhere, felt constantly watched.

I did notice some areas that could use improvement. The hallway carpet appeared dirty and could benefit from a thorough cleaning.
